Civil Litigation Section

Civil Litigation is the largest section of The Virginia Bar Association.

The Civil Litigation Section Council Members convene at least twice a year to address administrative issues, evaluate current legislation, and plan for the Section's upcoming activities and projects, including practice-relevant CLE.

Highlights of the Civil Litigation Section's meeting include:

• the planning of CLE programs for meetings of The Virginia Bar Association;
• the commencement of work on the Section's legislative agenda; and
• upgrading this website to post CLE outlines and other material of interest to the Section's membership.

Please peruse our site and contact the appropriate individual with your questions, suggestions and comments. We look forward to hearing from you.
